The Women Build Confidence Coaching Series is a self-help course that is designed to assist women with developing effective tools to reach personal and professional goals.  This multi-faceted presentation utilizes handouts, podcasts and videos to illustrate areas of learning pertaining to positive self-concept. The course will take about one hour to complete. The course style is interactive with the instructor asking the student to use a journal to jot down new ideas and techniques learned within the course.  If you are someone who is interested in arriving at a new personal or professional goal, this course is for you.
