The Women Build Confidence Coaching Series is a self-help course that is designed to assist women with developing effective tools to reach personal and professional goals.  This multi faceted presentation utilizes handouts, podcasts and videos to illustrate areas of learning pertaining to positive self-concept. The course will take about one hour to complete. The course style is interactive with the instructor asking the student to use a journal to jot down new ideas and techniques learned within the course.  If you are someone who is interested in arriving at a new personal or professional goal, this course is for you.
